Minutes from the new Atlanta Braves Spring Training Stadium and Wellen Park, where a new Costco just opened. Other highlights are Lemon Bay Environmental Center, Bike Trails, State and County Parks, wonderful Restaurants, Fishing, Kayaking, Boating and other Water Sports. This beautifully landscaped community has sidewalks, a resort pool with a Tiki Bar and lap area, gym with yoga and Pilates classes, clubhouse with activities and entertainment, and a restaurant, offering brunches, lunch,dinner and scheduled live music.
